Paid three visits to The Smithy Inn during our visit to local Wych Elm Fishery, one for the take away fish and chips. the food was plentiful, delicious and served with a smile. All the bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a credit to the establishment, nothing was too much trouble even when our grandchildren came one night. The staff were lovely with the children, I wish all venues were so accommodating and friendly. Keep up the good work and well done to the staff, you were great.

Value for Money:
We are delighted to recommend the Smithy Inn to our B&B guests.
The Smithy Inn is a true community pub, offering excellent 'pub prepared' food. It is very good value for money, though figure conscious people should opt for the light bites - still filling - and outstanding value.
Beers also great. Expect to talk with the locals. They are very friendly.
Pam and Tom are great hosts, and deserve supporting as an important part of village social life. You will not be disappointed.
